overseas dependence. We are part of Kaizen Tech Inc, Edison, ,NJ, USA. Kaizen is a 25 year old group with interests in IT services, staffing, product dev and IT training at NJ. Kaizen clocks USD 21 million in turnover
Our products:
We do everything related to voice authentication, voice biometrics, voice to
text. We have a simple IVRS product for multi- channel deployment.
What’s voice authentication?
This is an ability to prove the identity of the speaker, in a 20-sec phone
call, using signal processing and algorithms. Speaker can use his voice as
unique password and connect through IVRS/mobile app/laptop etc. 98.6% accuracy
Use cases: Customer /employee recognition in banks/hospitals/govt organizations, protection of application users through multi factor authentication
Benefits of this to corporate users: Staff can mark their attendance/presence
through voice authentication. Use this for fraud prevention across all
channels. React to disaster management, outbreak management and policing needs, via mobile based voice authentication and customer expereince management on apps/contact centre. WFH and SSO with biometric layer for high security

Can we test it our environment?
Yes, Kaizen can provide a trial license as part of a “proof of concept” program on AWS, Google cloud for quick depoyment and paid POCs. We have partners who can assist you to with consultancy on biometrics, suitability, integration with
IVRS/other enterprise applications.
